One Day Winefulness
Back to nature day retreat with Elvira Broersma
- Dates to be determined in 2023 -
Thirst for more ...
The feeling of wanting to get more out of life. Leave everything for what it is and retreat for a day to recharge, nourish and connect yourself. In a sober way, in connection with nature, yourself and others, consciously enjoy the beautiful things in life!
“Slow down, so you can be fully present. Slow down, so you can actually feel what you do. Slow down, so you can experience how your body knows all the answers. Answers that are not made from words, nor involve the mind. Slow down, so you can meet… You. ”
This day you go on a 'date' with yourself. A day where you don't have to do anything. Just be yourself and enjoy.
Standing still, without distraction and connecting with nature and yourself.
Lovingly stimulate your senses and bring them back into harmony. Expand your awareness, (wine) knowledge and (re) discover what stimulates you in life. So that you can meet yourself in peace.
We travel this day from the head to the body to the heart to yourself (being).
We do this on the basis of yin yoga, breathing, yoga nidra, self-reflection, being in nature, pure food,
Frysling wine tasting and tour of the vineyard.
